Software Training

We can provide training on many Software packages including GuardianEdge's Data Protection Platform (we are the only Value Added Reseller in the UK to provide full 1st and 2nd line Support for the GuardianEdge product set).

This training is customised to each organisation and their Data so real-time benefits can be gained from these courses and are carried out at the Client's premises.

Accredited Installations & Training Sessions

We have been employed on a number of cases as an extension to the Client's IT Department to deploy and configure Security Solutions to the actual needs of the business.

IT Departments do not always have the skills and knowledge in house to configure every aspect of the range of Security products available in the market today.

Utilising ITSE to deploy your chosen solution ensures that your solution is installed correctly first time.

Our Accredited Engineers will first conduct an Installation Analysis with you to confirm that both Client and Engineer understand the remit and once the product is installed, the Engineer will sign-off the installation and a copy of the installation record will be held in order to assist Technical Support with an future Support Calls  that may be made.

This provides peace of mind to the client and also reduces the ROI (Return on Investment) period as the staff can be trained to use the product from day 1.

Outsource Support for Resellers

Not only do we provide UK based Support for all of the products that we offer, we also provide outsourced Support for other Resellers.

We find this approach works very well as it allows the Reseller to focus on what they do best.....winning new business, knowing that if there are any issues, then they have a full support infrastructure behind them, something that many small resellers cannot justify the expense for, but allows them to gain bigger margins if they have the Support Infrastructure to deal with 1st and 2nd line support issues instead of the Vendor.  All contact between us and your clients are held tightly under a Non Disclosure Agreement.

All of our Support Contracts provide a unique number for either your answering service to call, or for your customer's to call direct and this will be geographic number normally based in the same area code of the main organisation.

Support is currently provided  on a 8:30am to 4:30pm basis with a guaranteed initial response time of only 4 hours.  Requests for Support can be submitted 24 hours a day by a dedicated Helpdesk system, branded in the respective company's name and logo, with full Product Knowledgebase.  Live Chat & Telephone Support is provided 8:30am to 4:30pm Mon-Fri but there is also the option of having Mission Critical Emergency Support if required.  We utilise the latest in Remote Support technology to ensure that your customer has the shortest (if not immediate) resolution to their problems.
